Dar Mostija — A Typical Maltese Home & Garden
Step into a different era. Dar Mostija is a characteristic Maltese townhouse built around 1800 in the very heart of Mosta. In 1974, it was generously donated to the Mosta Parish by the siblings Grezzju, Gużeppa and Sunta, and has served as a centre for religious teaching and community formation ever since.
In the quaint garden — sheltered among orange trees — guests enjoy a full traditional Maltese buffet in a relaxed and entirely authentic atmosphere. The honey-coloured globigerina limestone walls, typical of traditional Maltese construction, keep the rooms warm in winter and pleasantly cool in summer.
